We recommend booking your tour as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular tours may sell out quickly, especially during peak tourist season.
Yes, 50%, taken at the time of booking via bank transfer.
Payments are by bank transfer or cash on the day.
Yes as the wildlife is sometimes quite distant. We do have a limited supply of optics that can be shared if required.
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a camera to capture memories. A packed lunch, snacks and plenty of fluids are also recommended.
Items of a personal nature, food and drink entrance fees, ferries etc.

Osprey tours will not cancel for bad weather unless there is a serious threat to life warning/ red weather warnings.
If cancelled by you, less than two weeks before the tour date your deposit is non refundable.
If cancelled by Osprey tours for any reason you will be refunded in full.
No, due to the distances walked, or length of time sitting in a hide we only take people over the age of 16.
Force majeure
We will not accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or you otherwise suffer any loss or damage due to circumstances that come under the definition of ‘force majeure’. In these booking conditions ‘force majeure’ means any event that we or the supplier of the services in question could not foresee or avoid even with all due care. Such events include but are not limited to war, the threat of war, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil action decisions by governments or governing authorities, natural disaster, bad weather, technical or maintenance problems with the transport, changes of schedules or operational decisions of air carriers, or similar circumstances beyond our control.
